To achieve our diversity goals, Volkswagen Financial Services AG follows a diversity strategy that comprises the following activities:

Internal activities to create awareness, to make the benefits of diversity visible and tangible and to combat past discrimination.

External activities to strengthen our image as a company that uses diversity as a strength and openness as a living principle.
